Please bear in mind these are not all the cheats Maxis has given us to use in Sims 2. Some cheats I don't know and others are repetitive. I'm only posting those I know that are of relevance. To Bring Up Cheat Window: Click
& Hold Down 'Shift' + 'Ctrl'+ 'C' |

Minimize Screen

'ALT' + 'Tab'
|
Hold them for a full second, then take your
fingers off the keys and the screen will minimize. (There
is no way to smallerize the screen to half-size so you
can have two proggy windows open at the same time.
You can only completely minimize or maximize the screen.)

Expand Screen

Expands the cheat window.

Auto-Patch

Toggles notification of available game patches.

Delete Characters

Deletes all characters in that neighborhood. (Must be used in neighborhood screen.)

Adds 50,000 Simoleons To The Family's Bank Account

Aging

Turns on/off the aging process.

Sims Height

stretch_skeleton

Changes a Sims height. (.5 is half the height, 1 is normal height, 2 is double the height) Example: Type in 'stretch_skeleton 2' and it will double the height of the sim.

Move Objects

Move objects you are not normally allowed to move, or put objects where you are not normally allowed to put them. (Such as a ground light in the same tile as a bush, to light up the bush at night.)

Terrain

TerrainType Desert

Toggles between
the two terrains. Works on the entire neighborhood, not one lot. So be sure you want the neighborhood to be completely changed.

TerrainType Temperate

Graphics

vsync on/off
|
Turning off helps to better game performance
on some computers.

||
| Face Blending | faceblendlimits on/off | Changes the facial texture somewhat. May improve the realistic look depending on your monitor. |

| Speed of Game | Slowmotion 0-8 | Normal Speed is 0. Higher Numbers are slower motion. |
